We're Hiring Tutors for Spring 2022

Tutors at TASC are SF State students who are passionate about teaching and learning and are knowledgeable in their fields. Throughout the semester, tutors will

• Provide tutorial support services for SF State students in one-on-one appointments and drop-in sessions.
• Participate in community-building opportunities with other TASC employees.
• Attend a paid, two-hour weekly training session guided by TASC faculty.

The following documents are required as part of the application packet:

• Current resume with relevant work experience and completed coursework
• Cover letter that details why you're interested in becoming a tutor at TASC
• Unofficial transcripts to verify enrollment at San Francisco State University 
• Faculty referrals are preferred from instructors who can attest to skills/abilities

Apply by Wednesday, December 8, 2021 for priority consideration. Most interviews will take place during finals week (December 13-17) with most hiring decisions made by December 17, 2021.
